As many of you know, I’ve been working on a book for quite a while. It has gone through many iterations as I tried to find my style, but I think I’ve settled on my approach now and I’ve got over 40 pages of the book done.
I’ve decided to just give this introductory section of the book away for a while, as a thank you to the readers of Snake vs Crane and as what I hope is a good foundational bit of information for people who are starting to learn the Wing Chun system (or just learn to fight, period).
I’ve covered many of what I consider basic ideas for approaching the system so you can know where you’re headed, know where you’ve come from, and have some good tools to help you stick with it long enough to matter.
I’m going to send the book tomorrow to everyone who has signed up to my email list. Shortly after that (once I figure out how to do it!) I’m going to make the book an automatic part of the list signup – everyone who signs up will get the download link.
Please feel free to share this book with your friends – it is (for now) my free gift to the Wing Chun world. Once I finish the book, I plan to put it up on Amazon, and since they don’t allow people to publish books that are for sale on their site, I’ll take this down (or part of it, or something!).
Please send any comments or advice on the rest of the book to [email protected]
Thanks for all your support!
